How do I set my Inspire HR to only light up when I press the button?

At the moment my new Inspire HR lights up and shows me the time when I rotate my wrist. How can I set it so that it only lights up when I press the button, like I could do with my Charge?

Hold in left side button a few seconds; scroll down to 'Screen Wake'; tap to toggle on or off.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
