How do you change the clock format?

Bought the Inspire HR but it will only show clock in 24 hr format (2400 hr format) I can't figure out how to get it to read like a regular clock.

Hi @Terri1Ch  In the website dashboard (not the app) select the gear wheel icon in the top right corner. Then select Settings from the drop down menu. On the page that comes up scroll down to Advanced Settings and Clock Display time. You can change to a 12 hour clock there.
