Is it worth buying one as there seems to be a lot of problems?

@Kallonilin most people don't have any problems with it and they never post here. I bought myself an Inspire 2 for Christmas 2020. I used it for a year and then gave it away. My Inspire 2 worked really well for me and it's still working well for the person I gave it to.
