How to change clock face

I was wearing clear surgical gloves earlier and the glove was blocking my Inspire HR’s face when I went to check the time.  I must have tapped the face when I went to move the edge of the glove because next thing I know the size of the numbers are way too small.  It now also has like a small round clock showing the time, then the numeric time but the numbers are too small for me, then under that is some counter using seconds.  I don’t want any of ghat nonsense.  I can’t figure out how to just have the numeric numbers for the time in a font that I can see.  How do I get this back?

Thanks for your post and for the details that were shared in your post. To change the clock face of your Inspire HR, please follow the next steps:

1. With your device nearby, in the Fitbit app, tap the Today tab > your profile picture > your device image.
2. Tap Clock Faces > All Clocks.
3. Browse the available clock faces. Tap the clock face you want and tap Select to install it.
4. Sync your device to see the change.
