How to receive text notifications?

I have tried restarting my Fitbit, I’ve changed all the settings on my phone to the relevant ones and made sure the notification screen on my Fitbit doesn’t have the line thru it but still no joy. Any ideas?

Thanks for letting me know that you're not able to see your notifications on your Fitbit Inspire HR. You have done an excellent job with those steps, thanks for taking the time to do so. What is the model of phone that you're using? Some users have reported notifications issues after updating to iOS 13. You can try the steps here: Why are notifications delayed or missing?

Give it a try and keep me posted on the resolution.

Hi I am the same and the model of my phone is a Moto5, is there a way I can get it to work?

I got my inspire hr a few weeks ago but have never been able to get notifications from text, calls, messanger, etc. What do I need to do to fix it. The reason I choose the hr model was because I could receive those notifications. I have a Samsung Gallaxy s8 plus phone.

I have managed to get it to receive notifications! I messed about quite a lot with all my settings plus reset my Fitbit so I can’t say for sure what thing fixed it exactly tho
