When someone sends me a message I get the message up on my Fitbit. I can read the message good and stuff but I can’t reply? Is that how it’s working or can other people actually reply? I would really like to respond so I’m just wondering if it actually works! Is it possible to send message from the Fitbit?

Hi @LottaMkleven8 - Messaging is fun! I agree. What phone are you synced to?  If you have an Android, you should be able to reply. If you have an iPhone … well, I’m sorry to say Apple does not allow you to reply from the Fitbit device. Please check this Help page for more details. 

 

If your Inspire HR does not qualify to respond to messages from the Fitbit device, or if you are an iPhone user, you should be able to respond to messages from the Fitbit app on your phone.
