I have only had my Inspire for a week or so and it keeps saying that I have done swimming as exercise when I haven’t, plus doesn’t always correctly track workouts when I have done them, either tracking part of it or not at all.
How would I get a refund?

Hi @Dillane fastest way is to return it where you purchased it. If you got it from Fitbit.com, Reach out to customer support.
