How to show multiple stats during exercise?

Hi,

The manual for Inspire HR states the following:

Inspire HR shows 3 real-time stats of your choice. Swipe the middle stat to see
all of your real-time stats. You can adjust the stats you see in the settings for
each exercise.

But I can't figure out how to swipe while exercising to view all my stats? And I can't find a way to edit the stats for each exercise?

Hi @SunsetRunner, it's great to see your participation in the forums. Welcome!

Thanks for sharing this information. You're right, with Inspire HR you can swipe up o down the middle stat to see
all of your real-time stats. You will see different information depending on the activity. It usually shows steps, time, heart rate, calories and distance.

After you complete a workout, Inspire HR shows a summary of your stats for the
workout you chose. Stats can include:

  • Time elapsed
  • Distance covered
  • Average pace
  • Average heart rate
  • Maximum heart rate
  • Calories burned
  • Steps taken
  • Number of laps

I'll be around in case that you have more questions.

I agree; I’d like to see ALL stats at the same time when running/working out instead of swiping to see individual stats.. plus the display goes away too fast when running; have to tap multiple times...

one glance heavy stats would be nice when in ‘Exercise mode’
