I can see steps on my Fitbit but not on the Fitbit app

Just set up my new Inspire HR yesterday. Steos are showing on my Fitbit but not in the app. Why?

Congratulations on your new Inspire HR. Data automatically syncs to the Fitbit app throughout the day when you open the Fitbit app. For best results, keep all-day sync turned on. You will find this option on the Fitbit > tap on the picture of your Fitbit Inspire HR > Turn on "All day sync". Make sure that the Bluetooth of your phone is turn on. 

Follow these syncing instructions:

  1. In the Fitbit app, tap the Today tab YojanaFitbit_0-1577640900345.png > your profile picture > your device image. 
  2. Tap the arrows next to Sync Now.
