Got Inspire HR 2 days ago, extremely disappointed :O(. doesn't sync well at all.
Reinstalled app 2 times, removed watch and re added, still no sync.
I have a total step on my watch, same on one challenge and it stopped at this morning on another. Never had a problem with my Charge 2. how do I get my app, my watch and my challenges to sync? they just do not align
I have it on charge now and it still shows amber on my phone , syncing loops forever, no luck. even switched my phone on an doff several time, 2 days old!

I'm having similar issues. New Inspire, finally got it to sync yesterday after messing around with turning bluetooth on and off, turning phone on and off, pairing and impairing. But this morning, back to zero. Really frustrating.

But since I discovered that hourly steps do not sync either , battery status , pretty much nothing.there is a major sync issue with this model

I sent an email to fit bit and they said to update the fitbit app in the Google play store. It worked. Give it a go. Regards Scleswig.

Hi there,
I did , twice.., also restarted my phone several times in the past 3 days
I also unpaired and paired again my device several times in the past 3 days
so far nothing syncs, the challenges ( I am on 3 and they all show a different step count ), hourly exercise ( it shows 0 even if I have moved ) , battery life shows full but I am on 78%, yesterday while charging showed amber but it was on 99% ...
I am not sure about automatic exercise tracking, only had the device 3 days , I am so bitterly disappointed , 100€ down the drain .
I have sent screenshots to Fitbit on Twitter, they told me they know... to be patient.. that others have similar issues
3 days...100€ lighter
I will go back to my Charge 2 as soon as I am home ( travelling at the moment so it needs charging )
I use the challenges to keep me motivated and moving, no point this week cos by the time I wear my Charge tomorrow I have lost 2 full days!
Flex 2= no problems
Charge 2= no problems
Inpire HR =neverending probs, again 3 days old and it will go into a drawer

I haven't had any issues with my Inspire HR until today. I've had it for about a month. It won't sync. I've turned phone in and off twice. I've turned bluetooth on abs off. I've deleted and then reloaded the app. I am finally getting back into exercising again and this had been a big part of it. I jaw it sounds silly, but I need to see my progress throughout the day. Please Help!

fully charged still no luck, in the drawer it goes, I will used my Charge 2 :o(

I tried all of those things to no avail, and then after I charged it--it works fine. I suspect that it may be a Fitbit issue and I hope it is one they can solve.

I have the same issues... mostly doesn't sync, but every once and awhile I get lucky. The app is up to date, my phone is working fine - this is a fitbit issue. I hope they are trying to fix it. Any suggestions out there on how to get the fitbit to sync that don't include constantly resetting my phone?
