Hi, @Porschad , if the restart and redownloading the app didn’t work, sometimes it can help to set up your Fitbit as a replacement. Please do not remove your Inspire HR from your account first, as that can cause further problems.
On the app your account page (click on your photo icon top left to go to it) scroll down to set up a Fitbit device. From the drop down list choose Inspire HR. You will get a message saying “there is already an Inspire HR on your account. Do you want to replace it?”.
Choose “yes” and follow the instructions from there. With luck that will restore the connection between your phone and Fitbit.
