Identify Inspire/ Inspire HR Model and Serial Number?

Hello, does anyone know how to identify the model number of their Inspire HR without the box?

I attempted to contact support for this and got no help - they said it was impossible to give this information to me for my privacy protection. 

I discovered how to find the serial number, by going on the web app dashboard, then clicking on settings, then my device. The URL notes your personal serial number at the end when on this page. 

However, I am still in need of my model number. Has anyone had any luck identifying this? Thanks so much for your help!

In the Inspire HR manual there's references to: "Model FB413"
