  • Is is possible to export all the data? Can i download csv. files of all my data from the last 5 years of usage?

  • How accurate is the sleep tracking?

  • Any big pain points with this device? Does it break often?

  • Would you recommend buying another strap than the default one?

I would not recommend buying from fitbit at all to be honest. I bought my second one last spring. It came with some issues, which I was willing to troubleshoot. I have contacted support many many times in the past months and have had absolutely no help regarding this issue. It is a waste of time and money in my opinion, and I wish I would have gone with another brand. I hope this helps you before you get trapped. Sorry for being a negative nancy, but I would have wanted to know before I bought.
