I woke up this morning and synced my Inspire 2 to the app to check my sleep stats, as I do every morning. The only thing that is actively tracking today is my current heart rate and steps. I have no readiness score, stress management score, and health metrics says “no data in past 24 hours” in all areas. My Inspire was securely on my wrist the entire night and I have tried all troubleshooting steps suggested the last time something similar happened. I reset the fitbit (both manually on device and when attached to charger), logged out of fitbit app, disconnected Bluetooth then shut down phone, restarted fitbit while opening app and syncing from there. Nothing has worked. Help?

Hi, @scohen11 , sometimes there seems to be what I can only call an “incomplete sync” so that some data comes through, and a couple of hours later the rest is there. That occasionally happens to me, especially with sleep data. A couple of nights ago my sleep data never came through, and I have just chocked it up to a mystery.
As you have already tried most of the suggested trouble shoots, I am guessing that things should be back to normal tomorrow.
Please do post again if you are still having issues. There is always someone here to help.

It did not fix itself. I still have no sleep data.
