My less than a year old Inspire 2 worked fine one minute, and the display was dead the next. Face is totally blank and black, buttons don’t work, and it doesn’t appear to be charging. I spent my entire lunch hour working through the troubleshooting suggestions posted here, and nothing restored function. Now what? Please don’t say I need to buy a new one. I’ve owned and worn Fitbits since the first one hit the market, and I have always been happy with the product. But I cannot afford to replace a fitness tracker every year. If that is what we’re down to, I will be looking elsewhere for my next tracker.

Hi @fonniedk If it is less than a year old it will hopefully be covered by warranty. Contact Fitbit Support as soon as you can.
