Initially my inspire 2's touch screen wasn't working. I had a display but the touch screen just wasn't responding. I looked online and the suggested fix was to restart the device. So I connected the inspire onto the charger and held down the sides as suggested until the smily face appeared. I got the smily face and then nothing.
I try again and I get the smily face again and then the screen is black again. I log on to the app and the app does seem to be seeing the device. There's an update available so I try and install the update and it does seem to work. There's a loading screen on the device and I eventually get confirmation that the device has updated. But I still have a black screen.
As far as I can tell, it is on. It just only seems to be capable of showing me a smiley face when restarting or a loading screen when installing something. Otherwise I just get a nice black screen and so is otherwise absolutely useless as a watch. I'm regretting restarting the device in the first place as I at least still could get the time on it before.
Does anybody have any ideas on what else I can try?

Hi @Hamfox. Welcome to the community forums.
Thank you for taking the time to share all these details regarding this inconvenience with Inspire 2 and the attempts to fix it on your own.
Please try to sync your device. If in any case you are having difficulties to sync, follow the instructions in this help article.
In addition if the tracker is still having this issue, change the clock face.

Hi, thanks for responding
I'm afraid neither of those things worked. The device connects the app with no issue and has syncing regularly all day but I manually did it anyway and it hasn't changed anything.
I tried changing the clock face as suggested but while I did get a loading screen on the device while it installed, It still will not display anything after the installation finished.
For good measure I tried to restart it again after doing the above. And again, while I do get the smiley face appearing, it will then continue to not display anything else.
