My Inspire 2 screen just went black. I've tried a reset several times but still nothing. But it's still syncing to the app and recording steps. Any suggestions please?

Hi there, @Dinghy. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Inspire 2 before reaching out.
To better assist you, please make sure you've restarted your Fitbit device as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device?. If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.

I also have this problem. I’ve tried changing the clock face I’ve tried resetting. I can feel the haptic happening so I know that somethings happening but there’s still no display at all on my inspire two. Any other suggestions?

We are having the same issue on my daughter's Inspire 2. We have tried the reset and change watch gave, it syncs fine. What else can we do?
