Inspire 2 blank screen

My Inspire 2 screen has gone totally dark and I don't know how to fix it... I've force restarted it but that didn't do anything on my android phone. What you all suggest?

Are you saying that the Inspire 2 is not syncing? 

When you restart, does the screen light up at any point? 

I've also moved the post to the inspire board

Hi there, @TeenageDirtbag. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Inspire 2 before reaching out. @Rich_Laue Thanks for your help and for moving the post. 

To better assist you, please make sure you've restarted your Fitbit device as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device?. If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.
