Inspire 2 blank screen

Hi all,

My inspire 2 stopped working yesterday. It's still charging and tracking my steps etc but nothing showing on screen and no vibrating.

Anyone got any ideas?

Hi there, @sll96. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Inspire 2.

Please restart your Fitbit device as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.

This is the same problem I have as well as the numerous others having the same problem.  My Fitbit worked one day and then the next morning it was a black screen.  I have attempted to reboot 10+ times and even changed the clock face (it will show its downloading a clock face and turns black again).  I still have a green light on the back but no screen. Please help! I love my Fitbit and had received it as a gift and can’t afford to replace it.
