Inspire 2 does not automatically track exercise

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

Issue 1.  My Fitbit inspire 2 does not automatically track my daily exercise, even though I have exercises set to automatically track.

Issue 2.  My Fitbit inspire 2 most times does not vibrate when I receive a call or text on my iPhone.

Question:  What is the "three arrows facing up", with "0 of 22" underneath.  What is this tracking?

Good to see you for the first time in the community @PsofMnd.

Thanks for sharing the inquiry regarding these situations with your tracker.

Regarding Issue 1, I'd suggest you restart the device. Please check your Dashboard and verify that your activities get recorded there, if they appear here but not on the app, try to perform these troubleshooting steps on the app:

  • Log out from the Fitbit app.
  • Force quit the Fitbit app and reboot your phone.
  • Open the Fitbit app and log back into your account.
  • Check if the exercises are available now.

I would like to suggest waiting from 20 minutes to an hour for these activities to show up in the app.

About Issue 2: Make sure DND (Do not disturb) and Sleep mode are turned off in quick settings on your tracker. For more information, see How do I navigate my Fitbit device?. If you want to check more information, see How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device? To get complete troubleshooting tips, see Why didn't my Fitbit device alert me?

Responding to your question: Earn Active Zone Minutes or active minutes based on your device with heart-pumping activity throughout the day. They are represented by those "three arrows facing up". Here is the complete information about it.
