I've had my Inspire 2 for about 3 years now and lately it's had syncing issues. However now, as off 3 weeks ago it just won't sync at all to my phone/app. Wondering if I got a dud or if it's a common issue? I can't even use it for silent alarms anymore because it thinks the time/date is still from 3 weeks ago... I've tried rebooting it & reinstalling the app etc, nothing helps.

As a first approach, I'd like to make sure that your Inspire 2 is still linked to your Fitbit account. To do so, go to your Fitbit app and tap the Today tab, and then tap Devices > Inspire 2. If you no longer see your Inspire 2, that would explain why your device hasn't synced and what you'll need to do is to set it up again. For instructions, see How do I set up my Fitbit device?
If the above doesn't describe your issue and your Inspire 2 is properly linked to your Fitbit account, please confirm that you've tried all troubleshooting steps provided in this help article Why won't my Fitbit device sync?
