I'm having the same issue, just in the past 3 days. It undercounted my steps by 2000. 🤯 I was so dismayed and not motivated to try to re-do those last unrecorded 2000 steps. This started 3 days ago, and it's still happening. I've rebooted it 3 times, charged it, , etc. I'm still not getting those steps back. What happened?

Hi @Luna211, thanks for join in this great community.
I want to let you know that I have moved your post to an individual thread in order to better address your inconvenience.
The steps you have already tried are much appreciated, and I recommend doing a factory reset of your Inspire 2 to get it back on track. Please take in mind that this is a process that can only be done in specific situations like this one.
Note: Before you do the factory reset, try to sync your device with the Fitbit app since any data that wasn't synced before the reset will be lost.
To perform a factory reset, please follow the instructions here. Then, you have to do the setup of your device once again and give it a shot for the next days.
