I've had my inspire 2 approx 6 week. I've had a myriad of issues from the tracker stopping working after 3 weeks - I messaged support and was advised to change the face. The tracker wouldn't vibrate notifications again contacted support as the DND and Sleep was enabled!
Now its grossly over counting steps like 24,137 steps from 10.45-11.00pm this week and 11,149 steps from 12.30-12.45am last night when I was asleep! Again I contacted support and was told to re-add the device to my profile and change the Exercise for the time period over counted to Drive mode which is not possible. Unfortunately I couldn't save the chat or the chat number. I'm very disappointed in the lack of proper customer support I believe my product is faulty and would like it replaced.
