Inspire 2 no longer syncing

Hi team,

 

my Fitbit has seemed to stop syncing and gives error 001 when I try to sync. When I plug it in and do a reset, it displays the time but once taken off the charger, it does not respond to the sides being pressed. Any ideas?

Could you please confirm if you followed the recommended reset instructions correctly? You can refer to the instructions here to ensure that everything was done successfully.

so I’ve done the hard reset and now it won’t even connect to my phone.

Thank you so much for providing me with the details related to your Inspire 2 that is still not working properly. Since you have already finished with the suggested steps and the device is still unresponsive, I will request a case for you with our customer support team. 

 

They will continue the process via email, which may take up to 2 days. Please keep in mind to check your email for their response.
