My texts, phone and notification ‘to move’, stopped working. I’ve read, tried all options that I know to do. How do I start them, again? This is on an iPhone.

Make sure DND and Sleep Mode are turned off in quick settings: Inspire 2 User Manual.
I recommend you to check How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device? to verify that all the necessary requirements to receive notifications on your Inspire 2 are correctly configured.
