Inspire 2 not tracking

Hi. I bought three Inspire 2 trackers for Xmas. Both set-up normally initially but in a few days onwards stopped tracking... Sleep, heart rate, etc. I don't know what to do. Restarting, re-doing the set-up, nothing helped. Waste of money and embarrassing gifts. Can I please get advice/help? Thank you.

Check 'Quick Settings' and make sure didn't get set to ''On Clip'.

@SunsetRunner  Look at the top diagram I posted with the caption above it, reading "press and hold the buttons on the Inspire 2"

and the diagram below shows "press and hold" with :02 pointing to the 2 sides.
