My firbit, inspire 2 not working even though it is fully charged

Mine has been like this for over 1 week now. I have premium and it’s a waste of money because my app doesn’t work at all.

It seems that there are 2 different situations here. Could each one of you describe the situation you are having, so that the Community can provide you with the best possible help, the more info you can provide the better can the Community understand your situation and provide the needed info.
