Inspire 2 screen blank

Hi,

 

My Inspire 2 screen has gone blank. My really helpful husband has tried following the steps to restart the device (get the smiley face then goes blank again), and he has also tried changing the clock face.

 

Can you please help?

Thank you for sharing all these details about the inconvenience you've been having with your Inspire 2 and for confirming that you already tried a few troubleshooting steps. 

I've been informed that you already contacted the Customer Support team for further assistance with this and it seems they've sent you some instructions. In this case, they will let you know how to proceed.
