Hi, I used my Inspire 2 in the water last week on holiday, waterlock was on but the side buttons or screen isn't working now? Green light at the back is still on and it is still recording everything? I've tried tapping on the face and nothing, when I've charged the screen shows for a minute and then off. Help please!

I was having the same issue. Not sure if you've tried this since posting. Searching through the community for similar issues it seems you would need to restart your Inspire. You restart by connecting your fitbit to computer or other authorized charger. Hold button for 5 seconds. When you see smiling face your Inspire has restarted. It worked for me.

This is the same for me - won’t seem to reset either
when I try to reset it just toggles between the water lock and the main face (with time, date etc)
no happy face or anything else

Same problem!
When I charge, battery and time appear on screen briefly. Have tried to restart but nothing shows on screen after holding button for five seconds.

Mine is the same, and I can't find a button to press to reset! Where is it? The charger I use is the one that came with the Fitbit. Help, please!

Yes I’ve tried this and still nothing. Thankfully my device is still under warranty so they are actually replacing it.

I think I'll try to get mine replaced as well. I've restarted it several times, get smily face but the screen is still blank.

Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the inconvenience with your Inspire 2.
It seems that your Inspire 2 is stuck on water lock. With that being said, please firmly double-tap the middle of the screen with your finger. If you don't see "Unlocked" appear on screen, try tapping harder. Turning off this feature uses the accelerometer in your device, which takes more force to activate.
