Inspire 2 screen not working

About a week ago my inspire2 stopped reacting to taps and swipes, but it still showed the main clock face and the water lock screen buy pressing side buttons. I charged it, and then it would only show the main clock face.

I looked through the community help, tried changing the clock face, and while it updated, it still wouldn't respond to taps or swipes.

After looking further I saw the restart recommendation. I followed the instructions, and now I have no clock face. If I do the reset, it shows the smile face. If I change the clock face via the app, the tracker shows the loading bar, and then nothing.

The unusual part is that the tracker still tracks everything and syncs to the app. 

I never shower with it on, mostly because the band would stick to my skin and create bedsores (super gross) if it got moisture under it.

Anyone successfully bring their screen back?

The same thing is happening to me. Even after I restart my Inspire successfully, the screen ends up going blank again. At this point, I’m at a loss.

I have been having major issues with my Inspire 2 since my app updated July 1st. First the battery only lasts two days now before needing a charge, then the clock face started flashing on and off about 3 or 4 times in a row and would do this anytime I moved my arm. I had to keep it in water lock to keep this from happening. Now I can't swipe or tap anything. Clock face shows up, I can push the sides to get the water lock option but can't double tap to lock it nor can I swipe up or down to check stats. My Inspire 2 is not even a year old.

I’m having the same issue I think. The “buttons” aren’t registering anymore and I have to tap my inspire 2 several times to get any readout. This all suddenly became an issue on 7.15 or 16 as I was falling asleep for the night. My Fitbit started pulsing several times in a row. Checked it for a notification and nothing showed, so I checked my phone. No texts, calls, nothing new. Since then I can’t see anything without repeated tapping. I’ve tried the USB charging via an outlet and my computer port, but still no button action. Is this a Fitbit issue- as in their service and not our devices? My device is not quite a year old 🤔

My Fitbit inspire 2 display is so dim I cannot read it in a dark room but this sound very familiar to the issues being discussed here.  Is there an intensity setting or a firmware update to resolve the display issues
