My inspire 2 stopped working yesterday after I tried to change its location to India from the Azerbaijan. The tracker didn’t show the local time in India. I also changed the clock appearance. After some time, the tracker started showing a black screen. It’s been 24 hours but there is no change.
after seeing the help listed here, I signed out from the app, deleted the app and disconnected from the blue tooth. I switched off my iPhone and restarted it after 10 minutes.
The inspire 2 is still showing black screen. How do I see all the information on my tracker?

Hi, @vandy0802 it is worth checking whether despite the blank screen your Fitbit is still gathering data. Try wearing it for some time and check to see whether your app is updating at all with steps, heart rate etc. (You may need to press “sync now” on your app, or check when the last sync was.)
If your Fitbit is collecting data the blank screen is likely to be fixable. I would recommend changing the clock face to a different clock face. If this solves the blank screen issue than you can return to your previously chosen clock face. I would also recommend giving your Fitbit a restart. The instructions for a restart are here .
It is also worth checking the settings on your Inspire 2, if you can. Go into a very dark room and see if you can see anything at all on the screen. If you do detect something it may be that the display settings have changed to dim. You may be able to see enough to swipe down from the clock screen to the settings menu to change the dim setting.
If your Fitbit is not collecting data then the battery may be dead. I would give it a couple of hours charge on a plug and outlet known to be working and then try the restart procedure again. If the screen is still blank and no data is being gathered then please have a look at this help article which explains why your Fitbit may not be charging and what to do about it.
Unfortunately, if none of these procedures solve the issue then it may be that your Inspire 2 is coming to the end of its useful life. As you are probably aware, all rechargeable batteries have a limited life span. In that case it may be worth getting in touch with Fitbit Customer Support. They will let you know your options.

Hi @Julia_G !
Thank you for your suggestions.
Regarding the data update on the app, there is no update of any kind since last 2 days.
I have restarted my fitbit a number of times. Each time, the smiley face appears and the screen turns black.
I went in to a dark room but didn't see any display on the screen of the tracker.
Lastly, there is no problem with the battery as the green light at the back of Inspire 2 glows brightly whenever there is a movement of the tracker.
I am really stuck and don't know what else I can do.

Since July 1, my Inspire 2 does not show any steps or activity on the app but the watch shows my steps each day. Did something change July 1?

Welcome to the community forums @vandy0802 @lparven
Thank you for taking the time to share the details regarding this difficulty with your Inspire HR. Thank you for trying to fix it on your own.
Please try to sync the device in the Fitbit app:
Now, restart the device as indicated here: How do I restart my Fitbit device. Restarting the device will not delete your data.
If restarting doesn't resolve the issue, change your clock face. If you manage to solve the difficulty you can go back to the original clock face.
Thanks for the tips provided @Julia_G.
