I am receiving texts on my Inspire 2, but it stopped vibrating for them. The vibrations do still work though for opening the Fitbit

As a first approach, please make sure Do Not Disturb and Sleep Mode are turned off on your Fitbit device. For more information, see How do I navigate my Fitbit device?

 

If the above doesn't work, please see Why didn't my Fitbit device alert me?
