Inspire 2 stopped vibrating

I've had this inspire 2 less than 2 weeks. Suddenly it has topped vibrating and displaying text messages although it will display fb messenger, however I don't get the vibration  alert. I've checked setting,it set to display from both and also vibrate. I had to turn my phones Bluetooth off to connect to something else a few days ago and now if I try to select inspire 2 in my phones Bluetooth it says I need an app to connect to this device. I have the app. What's the problem?

As a first approach, please make sure Do Not Disturb and Sleep Mode are turned off on your Fitbit device. For more information, see How do I navigate my Fitbit device?

If the above doesn't work, please see Why didn't my Fitbit device alert me? and Why are notifications delayed or missing?
