Inspire 2 syncing difficulty and issue with receiving notifications or alerts

My Fitbit has stopped syncing unless I open the app. I don’t get nudges to move, notifications if I’ve reached goals. Messages from my phone. It’s just a watch. I’ve checked my settings and it all seems fine and settings are set to on wrist. Please help 😊

Thanks for the details shared in your post and for already trying to resolve the issue. I recommend making sure DND and Sleep mode are turned off in quick settings on your tracker. Regarding the difficulty with syncing, I recommend confirming the following:

 

  • The Fitbit app is running in the background on your phone. 
  • Your phone is connected to cellular data or Wi-Fi.
  • The Bluetooth setting on your phone is turned on.

LucyH86 - Did you ever get a resolution for this? I have been having the same problem and it is quite annoying. I have even deleted my device from my phone, removed the app on my phone, started from the beginning and set everything up all over and have verified everything the response suggests at least a dozen time. Nothing helps.
