Inspire 2 won't sync my steps

Doesn't reguster daily steps seems to accumulate then disappears next Day charging ok wrong time showing up and not syncing properly

Hi, @MarieTherese , your Fitbit will show the correct time and update your steps if you get it syncing.  The first step is usually to give your Fitbit a restart.  Instructions are here .  Immediately after the restart please try to force a sync.  Sometimes you need to repeat the restart a couple of times before it syncs.  

If the restart does not work after a few tries then please work through the steps described in this help article .
