Inspire 2 won't sync

won't sync . this thing is under a year old and it'll either just load for a long time , or display a ' connection with device timed out ' error . it apparently stopped syncing somewhere around a week or so ago as well , even though it was working perfectly fine before . my phone will find it fine , it'll give me the code , and then give me the **ahem** error over and over and over . i have tried everything from turning off all bluetooth connections , restarting my phone , everything the guides tell me to do and nothing has worked . this issue is slowly driving me insane because such a simple device won't do its **ahem** job .

Thank you for taking the time to share all this feedback with me. Sorry to know the difficulties that you are experiencing trying to sync the Inspire 2. Thank you for the attempts to fix it on your own.

If the issue is related to the battery, confirm that you have followed the steps listed here: Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging? 

Please make sure that you have followed the steps as indicated:

  • Unpair your Inspire 2 from your phone's Bluetooth and also make sure it's no longer connect to your Fitbit app. 
  • Force quit the Fitbit app.
  • Turn off the Bluetooth.
  • Shut off your phone and turn it on after 1-2 minutes.
  • Turn on the Bluetooth.
  • Set up your Inspire 2 again.
  • If there is no connection, restart your Inspire 2.
