Please will someone tell me how to increase the brightness on the screen. I cannot see it outside at all . Can only really see it in the dark.

Hi, @Annytrt  it sounds like your Inspire 2 screen may have accidentally be set to dim.  From the clock screen on your Fitbit swipe down until you come to the settings app (gear icon).  Tap to open settings and then tap to toggle Dim Screen from ON to OFF.  You may need to go into a dark room to see to do this!
