My fitbit Inspire HR went dark 3 days ago and hasn't worked since. Put it on the charger and had smiley face appear and then fade away. Did a reset, nothing happened. Left it on charger and next error 001 appeared. Tried several more resets. Plenty of smiley faces, but still went blank afterwards. Please help.

Hi, @RICHARST , usually a restart, as you have tried, will resolve this issue. If trying several restarts does not help, then I would suggest getting in touch with Fitbit Customer Support on Contact.Fitbit.com . They will be able to advise you further.
