So I have a CPAP machine. I started uusing it and know it doesn't track my breathing? Is this  normal or is their one that works with a CPAP machine?

@MomofJch , A warm welcome to the Community! Thank you for your message. 
Depending on the Inspire Modell that you are using, the feature for SPO2 might be available. 

I assume that the CPAP machine that you are using does not obstruct the heart rate measurements on your tracker.  In that case, and if your Fitbit Modell supports the feature, there should not be any issue measuring your Spo2 during your sleep
