Inspire HR Not syncing with bluetooth on Android Phone

I am really getting annoyed now, I've had my Inspire HR for a couple of months or so which I upgraded from a charge 2 for the swimming feature. It is now dropping bluetooth connectivity to my phone. I have tried all the suggested options of resetting the watch and re-adding. It syncs for a while then loses connectivity again. I've deleted and reinstalled the app, nothing is resolving it.

This is massively frustrating and renders the watch as nothing more than a glorified time piece if I can't access any of the data. A google search shows this is a problem a lot of people are experiencing. Come on fitbit what is going on with these watches, this is unacceptable. At the moment I'm considering returning the watch as unfit for purpose.

Hi @Deb2000  What phone are you using? Is it on the Supported Devices List?

I have spent the last few weeks hard resetting the fitbit, resetting, deleting and reinstalling the application. Doing hard resets of the fitbit, resetting bluetooth on the phone, restarting the phone, deleting and re-adding the fitbit.  It worked fine for a month or so. After it only tracking half a swim training session I returned it to the store today as unfit for purpose and got a Garmin instead. Very shoddy it shouldn't be that flakey
