My inspire HR has suddenly stopped tracking my sleep. Anyone else have this issue or know how to fix it?

My inspire shows sleep but recently stopped showing my Sleep Score. Why?

I posted about this recently, but didn't get a response from Fitbit. Mine sometimes tracks normally, sometimes says I woke up hours before I really did, or doesn't track at all. I think this may have happened when the firmware was recently updated, I don't think I had a problem before that. I've had my Inspire HR since February.

The sleep score registered up to August 28. My girlfriend’s stopped showing sleep score number on that same day. I don’t have a Premium account but never did. I asked Fitbit for help. They say thry don’t have an email registered. Don’t know how that can be.
