Inspire HR Touch Screen Not Swiping

The touchscreen on my Inspire HR no longer works. I cannot swipe up or down from the clock face and I have tried to reset it over 5 times.

Same... It has also gone completely dead in the past where reset didn't fix... An update always comes out a day or so later and it works after that... I'm really getting tired of these issues...

same just started a few hours ago, can't swipe and won't charge....

My Inspire HR touch display has not been visible in several hours too.  It will charge though.  Just started trying to investigate what to do.  I figured it was just me.

Regarding Inspire HR. The screen on my fit bit is now not responding. No swiping.

I see I am not the only person with this issue. !!!!

Inspire HR still does not show the heart rate, nor BPM. The green light still does not work.

I worked with Support team member: Sebastian.GV and the Fitbit Team, 6/17 to get the fit bit to turn on and charge.  Here I am again back on the board with same issue and MORE. 

Restarting does not correct or fix this issue either. 

My 4 month old insured fit bit still has a happy face when it restarts. I DO NOT!

It's like it's saying SUCKER!!

I am requesting replacement or money back. ASAP

Hi All,

 

I just got in contact with Customer Support about the issue. They will replace your fitbit if you get in contact with them and you are still under warranty. I bought mine about 1 year and 1 month ago, so I'm assuming the warranty is longer than a year.

Same - my Inspire HR touchscreen also is having the same  unable to swipe issue. The suggested 5 second reset while attached to USB magnetic power connector does not reset (no "smile"). I get a haptic "buzz" and the screen blanks but that's all.

 

The Inspire HR does appear to be tracking and can sync to phone app - showing "fully charged" but no local controls. Device side button press only brings up the time. No damage to band or moisture.

This has happened a couple of times and I was able to reset the device and it worked but now it will not even reset 😞

I was able to get it working again by changing the clock face from the phone app - then changing it back to the original face - voila - able to swipe again!

This worked for me too!  Thank you for this Wasted-spacer!!  Just hoping this doesn't become the norm going forward.

Open the Fitbit app.  Click on your picture (your account drop down) and select the device you are using.  There you should see the clock faces option.

So contacted support... They replaced... But right out of the box same issue... Screen worked for about 2 hours over last 3-4 days... Sent response to support that it is not working 2 days ago... No response!

Any luck getting it to display again?  Mine seems to be tracking my steps, etc. but no screen display.

Time for a recall!  These devices aren't cheap and I never get more than two years out of it.  My Inspire HR is only a few months old and the screen won't display
