So I set up an interval workout on the app. Upto now I’ve just been choosing workout on the Fitbit. Yesterday I did a workout and burned 144 calories. Today I did the exact same workout AND worked harder, but set it off as interval on my Fitbit and only burned 76 calories! Not happy. Can anyone explain why this might have happened?

Hey @Kris73 ! Nice to see you.
Intervals are the exercise that alternates between intense bursts of activity (the move period) followed by periods of lower intensity activity or resting period. Your Fitbit will vibrate between those times.
If you have changed the interval times recently, I'd like you to please try to delete the current interval workout and add a new one with the time you want. Try the feature again.
See you around.
