I have a Fitbit Inspire I got last May 2019..
Lately the battery needs to be charged every 3/4 days.. and its constantly disconnecting .. Its getting very frustrating I have to go into iPhone to disconnect it, then reconnect it through the app. This can be several times a day.
Is there a new update required? or what's going on? Because I have another Bluetooth device I use (headphones) as this is annoying as hell having to sync it up daily.

Hi there,
This is my third Fitbit, and for some reason recently, the disconnecting bluetooth, and resyncing is an issue.
I have done all updates, and gone through all steps before coming on this community forum. I have spoken to a few others and they also say they have a syncing issue. Its getting beyond frustrating to open the app to see if won't sync, to go to settings to 'forget' device, to reopen the app to try to resync. I am sure I am not the only one.
