I am upset with my purchase of the INSPIRE HR (July 15, 2020). When new, the Fitbit's battery lasted 5-6 days...it has dramatically gone down....now it won't even last 2 days.
I have restarted, cleaned contact points and so forth?...Is this a malfunction....I consider this watch to be relatively new....it should hold its charge.
I like its features and App....but not holding the charge makes the Fitbit unreliable. Can anyone help?...any suggestions?
Thanks

@Jeffprouty Thank you for joining us in this thread and our Fitbit Community. I definitely understand how frustrating this is for you. If the battery of your Fitbit device is still draining fast, please try the tips that are listed in this help article in order to improve the battery life of your Fitbit device.
After this, charge your Fitbit device for 2-3 hours and see if the battery doesn't drain fast.
Hope this helps.
