Hi,
I took my inspire hr on vacation, it worked flawlessly, and when bringing it back to my house, after 2 days the battery dies. I plug it in, and the smiley face logo comes on, and the screen displays 1%. It immediately shuts off and goes through the same process and disconnecting the charger results in the screen going black and nothing else happening. How do I fix this?

Hi there, @penn-73. It's nice to see you around the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for the troubleshooting steps you've tried. I'm sorry to hear that your Inspire HR is not charging properly. I understand your concern, I will do my best to help you with this!
Please note that there are some issues that affect this, being which power source is used and how clean the contacts are and how well the charger is seated. If you are charging your Inspire HR on the wall socket, try using another CE certified USB adapter for low energy devices.
If you haven't done so yet, I'd recommend following the tips and recommendations provided here Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging?
