My fitbit has just been black, nothing is happening when I press the button or when I try to charge it! It's not syncing on my app and seems to have suddenly just stopped working??!

Best AnswerHi @Lily108 Have you tried restarting it? Try that if you haven't. If that doesn't help then you will need to contact Fitbit Support and hope they can help.

Best AnswerMy husband's watch is starting to do the same thing. Some of the numbers are missing and he can't scroll up or down on his Fitbit Inspire HR. The watch is a little over 2 years old but mine is a few weeks older than his and works fine. He bought it at The Source but didn't purchase the warranty. Is there anything that can be done to fix it or can it be replaced for free? Please help!!
