I have only had it for a month and the button won't work, at first it was only sometimes, and I thought that's just how it works or maybe it's just me but now it just doesn't work. Can't go back to main menu. It's stuck on "Device Info" Any Info to fixing it would be great. Thanks.

Did you happen to get it wet recently?  I'm thinking there might be some water damage.
