My partner has the inspire hr but struggles to connect to the charger. Have bought a new charger and still struggles to charge. What can be done to fix this.

Hi @Nml66, welcome to our Fitbit Community. Regarding the charging issues that your Inspire HR has experienced, I'd like you to try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. After this, charge your Inspire HR for 2-3 hours and see if the issue gets fixed.
