Hi all
I have beeing wearing my new Inspire HR for a couple of days, and I discovered all the problems you are listing. Charging cord too short, steps counting awfull, bad connection with android etc etc.
I bought a Flex back in 2014 (and still working) and It was just wonderfull. Now I thought it was time to update it, but the change is not worth. Not for the 100 bucks needed. Any suggestion on how return the product and get the money back? Thank you

Mine came today and I also want to return it. The screen step figure is far too small to read and the screen was not bright enough in daylight. Also I
wish the screen would stay on for longer. I still have a Zip which is working well, is readable and above all - accurate! The Inspire HR recorded steps while driving to the supermarket but then barely any when I spent 40 minutes walking around doing the shopping!

Received my Inspire HR today and am also not happy with it. The touch screen does not work. None of the icons open on tap. I have restarted twice as per the advice, and tapped in every way and every place possible!! For £90 this is very poor. How do I return it?!

If you go on the website and search for Returns or Contact. I emailed them with a request to return and had excellent service replies. Unfortunately I had to pay postage, so in future would always buy direct from a shop, however, they were helpful in letting me know how to return.
